1. About Us

healthshift is operated by a UK-based sole trader offering digital fitness and nutrition guidance through a third-party platform (Everfit). Our services are primarily available in the UK but may be accessed worldwide.

2. Our Service

We provide structured fitness and nutrition programs, including workout plans, meal prep guidance, and tracking tools, accessible via the Everfit app following successful registration and payment.

3. Membership and Free Trial

  • All new users receive a 30-day free trial.
  • The trial begins immediately after checkout, not upon app download or use.
  • After the trial ends, you’ll be automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Payment is handled securely through Stripe.

4. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your membership at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • If you cancel after your membership has started, access will remain valid until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further payments will be taken after cancellation is confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any reason once a billing period has started. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

6. Age Restrictions

Our service is suitable for users of all ages; however, individuals under 18 should use healthshift with the consent of a parent or guardian. We recommend adult supervision when engaging in any exercise plan for minors.

7. Account Access

You are responsible for ensuring the email address used at checkout is valid and accessible, as your Everfit invite and program access depend on it. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or inaccessible contact information.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may update, enhance, or change parts of our service at any time. We’ll aim to notify users in advance of any significant changes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the app and on our website, including workouts, recipes, and branding, is the intellectual property of healthshift and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

10. Liability Disclaimer

You agree to participate in healthshift programs at your own risk. While our content is designed by qualified professionals, it is not a substitute for individual medical advice. Please consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition plan.
