Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes your workout schedule needs to adapt. Everfit allows you to easily rearrange your workouts to better fit your routine. #
Steps to Move Workouts: #
- Access Your Training Calendar:
- Open the app.
- Navigate to the Coaching page.
- Tap on your Training calendar to view your scheduled workouts.
- Enable Rearrangement Mode:
- Tap the Rearrange icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Tap the Rearrange icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Drag and Drop Workouts:
- Press and hold the workout you wish to move.
- Drag it to your desired date within the calendar.
- Release to drop it into place.
- All changes are saved automatically.
