How to Rearrange Workouts

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes your workout schedule needs to adapt. Everfit allows you to easily rearrange your workouts to better fit your routine. #


Steps to Move Workouts: #

  1. Access Your Training Calendar:
    • Open the app.
    • Navigate to the Coaching page.
    • Tap on your Training calendar to view your scheduled workouts.

  2. Enable Rearrangement Mode:
    • Tap the Rearrange icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.

  3. Drag and Drop Workouts:
    • Press and hold the workout you wish to move.
    • Drag it to your desired date within the calendar.
    • Release to drop it into place.
    • All changes are saved automatically.
