How to Pause or Switch Your Program

Overview #

Whether your goals have changed or you’re ready to explore something new, you can easily pause your current program and start another — or even run multiple at the same time.


Pausing a Program #

If you want to take a break from your current program (without losing your place), simply pause it.

To pause your program:

  1. Open the app and go to the Programs tab.
  2. Tap your active program.
  3. Select “Pause Program”.

What happens when you pause:

  • Your progress is saved exactly where you left off.
  • You can resume the program at any time.
  • You’re free to start another program in the meantime.

Starting a New Program #

Want to try something new or add variety to your week? You can start another program alongside your current one.

To start a new program:

  1. Go to the Programs tab.
  2. Browse available options and select a new program.
  3. Choose your training frequency and start.

Things to keep in mind:

  • You can run multiple programs at once (e.g. Strength + Mobility).
  • Be mindful of your total weekly load to avoid Overtraining.
  • You’ll see each active program listed in your dashboard.
