How to Add Extra Workouts

Overview #

Not every workout needs to be scheduled. With healthshift’s on-demand workouts, you have the freedom to train when you want, how you want — no commitments, no pressure.

Accessing On-Demand Workouts #

  1. Open the healthshift app
  2. Tap on the Explore tab in the bottom menu
  3. Browse by category (e.g. Dumbbell, Mobility, Core, Stretch, etc.)
  4. Tap on any workout to view details and get started
  5. Press Start Workout when you’re ready to go

What Makes On-Demand Different? #

  • No set schedule — jump in whenever it suits you
  • Wide variety — from short finishers to full-length sessions
  • Train by mood or goal — strength, recovery, cardio, and more
  • Use alongside a program or as standalone training

Tip: Stack or Substitute #

You can use on-demand workouts to:

  • Add a quick session to your regular training
  • Replace a missed program workout with something lighter or shorter
  • Focus on a specific area (e.g. mobility, abs, conditioning)
  • Try something new without changing your entire plan

Staying on Track #

All on-demand workouts you complete will appear in your workout history — helping you stay consistent and accountable.
