Instructions
1. Prep Your Ingredients:

2. Season the Chicken:
β’ In a bowl, coat chicken strips with 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, then sprinkle with Peri-Peri rub, tomato purΓ©e, and BBQ sauce.
3. Cook the Chicken & Veggies:
β’ Heat 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
