- How can I contact support if I have questions?
If you need help with workouts, nutrition, billing, or anything else, you can message us directly inside the Inbox tab in the Everfit app. You can also send pictures or videos if you need form checks or feedback. We aim to respond as quickly as possible to support your journey!
- Who handles my billing and subscription?
All billing and subscriptions are managed by Everfit. You can update or cancel your subscription through Everfit’s client portal.
- How does nutrition work? Can I adjust my meal preferences?
You can adjust your macros anytime inside the Everfit app to match your goals. You’ll have access to different recipe books with meal options that fit your macros. Unlike rigid meal plans, you choose what to eat and log meals accordingly, giving you full control over your nutrition.
- How do I access workouts and programs?
Inside the Everfit app, go to 🏋️Extra, where you’ll find:
• Your main training program (search for the one assigned to you)
• Additional programs that can run alongside your main plan (e.g., stretching, mobility)
• One-off workouts if you want to mix things up on certain days
- Do I need to download the Everfit app?
Yes, healthshift runs through the Everfit app, which is app-only (no web version). After signing up, download the Everfit app and log in using your signup details to access your workouts and meal guidance.
- What do I need to get started?
Once you sign up via Everfit, you’ll receive an email with the download link for the app. Log in with your details, and you’ll have instant access to workouts, meal guidance, and extra features. If you’re training at home, some plans recommend resistance bands, kettlebells, or dumbbells, but we also offer bodyweight-only programs.
- Can I change my program later?
Yes! You can switch programs anytime by going to 🏋️Extra in the Everfit app. You can also re-take the Find Your Plan form to see if another plan suits your goals better.
- How do I find the right program for me?
Before or after signing up, head to Find Your Plan and complete a short form about your goals. This will suggest the best program for you. Once inside the Everfit app, go to the 🏋️Extra tab, search for your plan, and start training. You can change or pause your plan anytime by redoing the form or switching programs inside Everfit.
- How do I sign up for healthshift?
To join healthshift, sign up via Everfit at this link. You’ll get a 7-day free trial before your membership begins. Once signed up, download the Everfit app, log in using the details from signup, and start your plan.
- How can I get help with form or technique?
If you need support, go to the Inbox tab in the Everfit app and message us directly. You can even send pictures or videos for form checks, and we’ll provide feedback.
- Do workouts include video demonstrations?
Yes! Every exercise comes with a demo video, technique notes, and key details such as:
• Muscle groups worked
• Movement patterns
• Trainer notes with tips & cues
- Does healthshift include warm-ups and cool-downs?
Yes! Warm-ups and cool-downs are included in every workout to help you train safely and recover properly.
- Is there a leaderboard or community for motivation?
Yes! healthshift includes leaderboards and community forums to help keep you motivated. You can also connect with friends inside the Everfit app for extra accountability.
- Does healthshift provide check-ins or performance updates?
There are no automatic weekly check-ins, but you can view your full activity history inside the You tab to track past workouts.
- How does Everfit track my workout progress?
Everfit tracks your reps, weights, and all other key metrics. Your workout history is saved so you can review past performance and track progress over time.
- Can I structure my training week however I want?
Yes! Inside the Coaching tab, you can drag and drop workouts to different days or add additional sessions. You can also create your own custom workouts by clicking on an empty day and selecting “Add Another”.
- Can I mix and match different workouts?
Yes, you can:
• Change programs anytime from the 🏋️Extra tab.
• Add extra workouts by selecting one-off workouts in the Extra tab.
• Create custom workouts inside the Coaching tab by adding exercises to any day.
- Can I change my training frequency (e.g., from 3 to 5 days per week)?
Yes! Programs come in Lite (3 days/week) or Full (5-6 days/week) options. If you want to increase or decrease training days, you can switch between Lite and Full versions anytime.
- Can I swap exercises if I don’t have the required equipment?
Yes! If you need an alternative, tap on the exercise name to select a substitute. We always provide home alternatives, ensuring all workouts can be done anywhere.
- What if I miss a workout? Can I reschedule it?
Missed workouts do not move automatically, but you can still complete them later by selecting them in the Coaching tab. You can also manually adjust your training schedule to fit your week.
- Are workouts automatically scheduled for me?
Yes! When you choose a program, workouts are pre-scheduled on specific days (e.g., Lite might be Day 1, 3, and 5). These sessions will automatically appear in your Today tab each training day. If you want to rearrange your schedule, you can do so from the Coaching tab.
- How do I access my workouts?
Once logged into the Everfit app, workouts automatically appear in your Today tab based on the program you’ve selected. You just need to click ‘Start Workout’ to begin. You can also go to the Coaching tab for a full overview of your weekly schedule and make adjustments if needed.
- Can I get personalised nutrition advice?
While healthshift is primarily self-guided, we provide:
• Target macros based on your goals
• Recipe books with full macro breakdowns
• Flexibility to choose meals while staying on track
Our goal is to teach you how to build sustainable eating habits, giving you guidance, structure, and freedom to enjoy your meals while hitting your fitness targets.
- Does healthshift provide meal timing recommendations?
No, we don’t enforce strict meal timing. Our approach is flexible, allowing you to eat in a way that fits your schedule and lifestyle.
- How do I track portion sizes and snacks?
You can log meals in 0.5-serving increments, allowing flexibility in portion sizes. We also have snack recipe books, so you can easily track smaller meals throughout the day.
- Are there meal templates for fat loss, muscle gain, or low-carb diets?
Yes! Instead of rigid meal plans, recipe books are designed to help you find high-protein, fat-loss, or muscle-building meals that align with your macros.
- Can I filter recipes by dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian, high-protein)?
Yes! Recipes are organised into different books based on dietary preferences, making it easy to find meals that suit your needs.
- Does healthshift provide batch cooking guidance or meal prep tips?
Yes! We provide batch cooking recipe books inside the Everfit app, which help you meal prep efficiently while staying on track with your nutrition.
- Can I create a shopping list based on my meals?
Yes! Once you’ve selected a meal, you can click to add all ingredients to your shopping list. This makes grocery planning quick and easy.
- Where do I find recipes?
All recipes are available inside the Everfit app under Recipe Books. These provide a wide selection of meals tailored to different dietary needs and goals.
- Does healthshift provide calorie tracking, or do I need a separate app?
While an in-app calorie tracking feature, you can currently integrate MyFitnessPal with the Everfit app to seamlessly sync your nutritional data.
To connect MyFitnessPal to Everfit:
1. Adjust MyFitnessPal Settings:
• Open the MyFitnessPal app.
• Navigate to Settings > Diary Settings.
• Select Diary Sharing and set it to Public.
2. Link MyFitnessPal to Everfit:
• Log in to your Everfit account.
• Go to the You tab and tap the avatar (top right) to access Profile Settings.
• Select App Integrations > MyFitnessPal.
• Enter your MyFitnessPal ID (found in your MyFitnessPal Food Diary URL).
Once connected, your meal logs and nutritional information from MyFitnessPal will automatically sync with Everfit, allowing for comprehensive tracking without double entry.
- How do I adjust my macros?
Macros are calculated when you sign up, based on your personal metrics. However, you can adjust them anytime by:
• Heading to the Coaching tab → Click Macros
• Tap the 📄 icon and select Edit Macro Goals
• Alternatively, you can message us via the Inbox tab to request a recalculation
- Are meal logs connected to my macros?
Yes! Once meals are logged, Everfit will show you:
• Your meal history
• Your macro targets vs. actual intake
This makes it easy to adjust meals and portions based on your goals.
- Can I track my meals inside Everfit?
Yes! You can log meals directly inside Everfit by selecting them from the Recipe Books. This will automatically track your macros and help you stay on target.
- Can I swap meals freely, or do I need to follow a structured plan?
You have complete freedom! You can browse recipe books and select meals that suit your goals. To organise your meals:
• Go to the Today tab and open Recipe Books
• Click the calendar button to access the Meal Planner
• Drag and drop meals into your weekly schedule (Mon-Sun)
• Assign meals to breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks
Your weekly macro breakdown will be displayed based on your meal selections, and you can also view daily macro breakdowns when clicking on individual days.
- How do meal plans work in healthshift?
healthshift provides recipe books with a wide range of meals tailored to different goals. You can browse, select, and log meals to fit your macros and preferences. You can easily create a personalised approach using the available tools.
- What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, clients can only use a debit card or credit card to make a purchase. Other payment methods, such as PayPal or Apple Pay, are not supported at this time.
- If I cancel and want to rejoin later, can I resume my old account?
If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you’ll need to re-purchase the package to rejoin. Your account won’t automatically resume, but you can sign up again anytime.
- When I cancel, does my membership end immediately?
No, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You’ll continue to have access until your subscription period ends.
- Do you offer refunds if I forget to cancel or if I’m not satisfied?
No, we do not offer refunds for missed cancellations or dissatisfaction. Be sure to cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
- Where can I manage my billing, payments, and cancellations?
You can manage everything related to your subscription, billing details, and cancellations through the Everfit client portal.
- If I cancel during my free trial, will I be charged?
No, if you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, you won’t be charged.
- Can I cancel, pause, or change my subscription?
You can cancel your membership anytime through the Everfit client portal. However, pausing memberships is not currently supported.
- Do I need a membership to access healthshift?
Yes, healthshift is only available through a paid membership. There is no free version outside of the trial.
- What happens after the free trial? Will I be charged automatically?
Yes, after your 7-day free trial, you’ll be automatically charged for your first month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- What does the 7-day free trial include?
Your free trial gives you full access to everything in healthshift, including workouts, meal planning, recipe books, progress tracking, and community features.
- How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.
- How do I report a problem?

- My notifications aren’t working. How do I fix this?
You can manage notifications inside the Everfit app:
1. Go to the You tab
2. Tap the gear icon (top right)
3. Select Notifications
4. Adjust your email and push notifications as needed
If notifications still aren’t working, check your phone’s notification settings:
📱 iPhone: Go to Settings → Notifications → Everfit → Ensure notifications are enabled
📱 Android: Go to Settings → Apps & Notifications → Everfit → Check notification permissions
If the issue persists, try restarting your device or reinstalling the Everfit app.
- Can I turn on/off notifications for workout reminders?
Yes! You can manage notifications inside the Everfit app:
1. Go to the You tab
2. Tap the gear icon (top right)
3. Select Notifications
4. Adjust your email and push notifications as needed
- Are there any known bugs or app issues I should be aware of?
No, there are currently no known issues. If you experience any problems, please let us know.
- My workout videos won’t play, or workouts won’t load. How do I fix this?
First, check your internet connection and try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn’t work, reach out to us for further support.
- My workouts, meal plans, or recipe books aren’t showing up. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@healthshiftnow.com or DM us on Instagram.
- I changed my email or lost access to my registered email. How do I update my account?
You can update your email inside the Everfit app:
1. Go to the You tab
2. Tap the gear icon (top right)
3. Select Profile → Email
4. Enter your new email and save the changes
- I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the Everfit app login screen, click “Forgot your password?” Enter your registered email, and you’ll receive a link to reset your password.
- I can’t log in to my Everfit account. What should I do?

- If I want to switch goals (e.g., from fat loss to muscle building), do I need to retake the Find Your Plan form?
Yes! If your goals change, you can retake the Find Your Plan tool and get a new recommended program.
- What happens after I complete a program?
You can self-serve and find a new program by using our Find Your Plan tool.
- Can I connect with friends inside Everfit for motivation?
There are forums and group chats, but you can’t directly add friends. However, you can:
• Join the same forums, chats, or leaderboards as others
• Message us, and we can help create a community group for you
- Are there leaderboards or rankings based on activity or workout completion?
Yes! healthshift offers leaderboards to keep you motivated, including:

Yes! You can upload progress photos inside Everfit, but we do not provide direct data analysis at this time.
- What should I do if I’m not seeing progress?
If you feel stuck, message us through the Inbox tab in the Everfit app. We can:
• Recommend a new program based on your goals
• Answer questions about your training, nutrition, or adjustments
- Does healthshift provide regular check-ins?
Yes! We send automated check-in messages periodically to help you stay on track and adjust as needed.
- Can I view graphs or stats to track my progress over time?
Yes! You can track your progress using trend graphs inside Everfit.
• Metrics Graph: Shows your progress over time (e.g., weight, body fat %).
• Workout History:
• Go to the You tab → Click Your Exercises.
• Tap on any exercise to see logged data & a chart showing your best performances.
• The line chart can display data over 1 month, 2 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
• Strength volume is also calculated automatically.
- What progress tracking features does healthshift offer inside Everfit?
You can track multiple aspects of your progress inside Everfit, including:
✅ Workouts completed
✅ Reps, weights, and PBs
✅ Meals & macros logged
✅ Weight, body fat %, and other body metrics
✅ Progress photos for visual tracking
- Can I request personalised guidance beyond the automated check-ins?
There’s no official personalised coaching, but if you need advice, feel free to message us, and we’ll see what we can do.
- Is there live support, or is it just message-based?
Support is message-based only at this time.
- Aside from the Inbox tab, is there any other way to get coaching or advice?
There’s no official coaching service, but you’re always welcome to reach out for guidance, and we’ll do our best to help.
- Are there any rules for engaging in the community?
Yes, we ask all members to be polite, supportive, and motivating to others.
- Can I start my own groups or forums?
No, all groups are managed by healthshift, but if you’d like a specific group or topic, reach out to us—we’re happy to help set one up!
- Can I reply to posts in forums and group chats?
Yes! You can reply to messages, share your thoughts, and engage with others.
- Are there community challenges or events I can join?
Yes! We have event-specific programs with dedicated group chats & forums.

Yes! We constantly add new workouts, programs, and expert-led content. Expanding and evolving healthshift is part of our core mission.
- Are meal plans & training plans customised for specific dietary needs (e.g., vegan, gluten-free)?
Yes! While there’s no automated meal plan yet, you can browse recipe books that include meals tailored for vegan, gluten-free, low-carb, and high-protein diets.
- Does healthshift provide calorie tracking, or do I need a separate app?
Calorie tracking is being developed, but for now, you can link the Everfit app to MyFitnessPal for seamless tracking.
- If I travel frequently, can I still use healthshift effectively?
Absolutely! healthshift is designed for flexibility, so you can:

✔️ Message us if you need help picking a program that fits your lifestyle.
- Can I follow both gym and home workouts, or do I have to pick one?
You don’t have to choose! You can:

✅ Use the Extra tab to pick a home workout whenever you want a home-based session
- Is healthshift available worldwide?
Yes! healthshift is available worldwide, but the platform is currently only in English.
- Do I need special equipment, or can I follow workouts with just bodyweight?
You can follow many workouts with just bodyweight, but if you’re training at home, we recommend:
• A yoga mat
• Resistance bands
• A pair of dumbbells
• A kettlebell
This allows for more variety and progression in your training.
- Can I use healthshift if I train at the gym, at home, or both?
Yes! healthshift is designed for both gym and home workouts. You can:
