You can adjust your macros anytime inside the Everfit app to match your goals. You’ll have access to different recipe books with meal options that fit your macros. Unlike rigid meal plans, you choose what to eat and log meals accordingly, giving you full control over your nutrition.
- How do I access workouts and programs?
Inside the Everfit app, go to the Explore tab, where you’ll find three key areas:
- Programs — structured multi-week plans based on your goals
- Workouts — on-demand sessions you can do anytime
- Resources — educational guides, tools, and nutrition support to help you stay on track
Your program is assigned based on your quiz answers, but you’re free to switch anytime.
- Do I need to download the Everfit app?
Yes — healthshift is delivered entirely through the Everfit app. After signing up, you’ll receive an email invite to create your profile and download the app.

- Can I change my program later?
Yes — you can change your program anytime by heading to Explore > Programs in the app.
You can also re-take the Find My Program quiz if your goals change.
If you need a break, you can pause your current program and resume it later from any day.

Use our Find My Program quiz (found under Explore > Getting Started) to get a personalised recommendation based on your goal, training style, and schedule.

• Add extra workouts
• Create custom workouts from scratch
- Can I mix and match different workouts?
Absolutely. You can:
• Switch between programs anytime under Explore > Programs
• Add on-demand sessions from Explore > Workouts
• Build your own workouts inside the Coaching tab
• Start more than one program at a time — for example, strength + recovery or cardio add-ons
- Can I pause or resume a program?
Yes — you can pause any program at any time and resume it whenever you’re ready.
When resuming, you can start from any day within the program — so you’re not locked into a strict schedule.

- Can I change my training frequency (e.g., from 3 to 5 days per week)?
Yes — all programs are available in 2, 3, 4, or 5-day versions.

- Can I swap exercises if I don’t have the right equipment?
Yes — just tap any exercise name during your workout to select a built-in alternative.
There are always home-friendly or equipment-free options provided.
- What if I miss a workout? Can I reschedule it?
Missed workouts won’t disappear — you can still complete them later from the Coaching tab.
You can also manually move workouts to different days to fit your schedule.
- Are workouts automatically scheduled for me?
Yes — when you start a program, your workouts are automatically scheduled based on the selected training frequency.
They’ll show up in your Today tab, and you can easily adjust your weekly plan using the Coaching tab.

- What happens after the free trial? Will I be charged automatically?
Yes — after 30 days, your membership will automatically start, and your first payment will be taken using the payment method you provided at checkout.

- If I cancel during my free trial, will I be charged?
No — as long as you cancel before your 30-day trial ends, you won’t be charged.
- When I cancel, does my membership end immediately?

We do not offer refunds once a billing period has started.

First, check your in-app notification settings:
- Open the Everfit app

- I changed my email or lost access to my account. How do I update it?
To change your email inside the app:

- I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the Everfit login screen, tap “Forgot your password?”, then enter your email.
You’ll receive a reset link — follow it to create a new password.
- If I want to switch goals (e.g. from fat loss to muscle building), do I need to retake the Find My Program quiz?
You can re-take the Find My Program quiz anytime to get a new recommendation based on your updated goal.

- What happens after I complete a program?
Once you complete a program, you’re free to:
• Start a new program from the Explore > Programs tab
• Repeat your current plan for another round
• Stack programs by combining strength, mobility, or conditioning goals

- Can I submit progress photos or data for feedback?
While we don’t offer formal check-ins yet, you’re welcome to share your progress with us via Instagram DM or email, or post in the healthshift members forum for support and encouragement from the team and community.
