Instructions
1. 🔪 Prep the Ingredients
• In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper together until smooth.
• In a separate bowl, mash the avocado and season with salt and black pepper.
2. 🍟 Cook the Hash Browns & Bacon (Dual Air Fryer)
• Preheat the dual air fryer with one drawer at 200°C (390°F) for hash browns and the other at 180°C (360°F) for bacon.
• Place hash browns in the 200°C drawer and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
• Place bacon in the 180°C drawer and cook for 8 minutes, or until crispy.
3. 🍳 Make the Cheesy Eggs
• Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
• Pour in the whisked eggs and let cook for 1-2 minutes.
• Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese evenly over the eggs.
4. 🌯 Add the Tortilla & Flip
• Place a tortilla wrap directly on top of the cooked eggs while still in the pan.
• After 30 seconds, carefully flip the entire thing so the tortilla is now on the bottom.
5. 🥓 Assemble & Fold
• Add the cooked bacon, hash browns, and smashed avocado on top of the eggs.
• Fold the wrap in half, then into a quarter to create a layered wrap.
